The Discontented Are Prepared to Rectify What They Can
Penned by James Howard Kunstler, this article discusses the current political climate in the United States, particularly focusing on the Democratic Party.
Reflections on Abortion...
Elon Musk once said, "Good rule of thumb: those who frequently use the word “disinformation” are the ones most likely to be pushing it." This statement prompts us to question what the Democratic elite were thinking when they seemingly hastily selected Kamala Harris to lead the party in the upcoming fall election, following the departure of Joe Biden.
The lack of thought process behind this decision is evident. The collective mind of the Democratic elite appears to be a vacuum, devoid of thought, mass, or light. This mindlessness is a reflection of a party that has seemingly lost its way over the past eight years, driven by an energy that seeks to escape from truth, life, and God. This energy is the antithesis of creation and being. The Democratic Party's current state can be likened to an abortion of its original self.
The Current State of Affairs
As the election approaches, the Democratic Party's collapse seems to be happening slowly but surely. Kamala Harris, who is now viewed as collateral damage, can barely stand seven minutes on stage delivering a rehearsed speech before being overwhelmed by the emptiness and futility of her task.
The Democratic Party's allies, including the LA Times and the WashPo, have declined their usual endorsements, causing chaos and professional suicides in their newsrooms. The news media, who have supported the Democratic Party's actions for years, are now in a peculiar position.
The Media's Reaction
The media's reaction to the current political climate is evident on CNN chat panels. James Carville, the party's shriveled Gollum, has seemingly turned to alcohol to cope. Jake Tapper transforms into a mewling cat-lady when schooled by JD Vance. Anderson Cooper becomes silent and Joy Reid surrenders to echolalia. The state of cable news these days can be described as reality-optional.
The question now is whether the Democratic Party can let go of their rebellion and move on as a legitimate political faction in a functioning republic. Or will they burn everything down?
The Future of the Democratic Party
There are talks about Mr. Trump "using the military" against the Democratic Party in the coming months. However, such thoughts expressed by Democratic politicians and news pals are often projections of their own wishes. The New York Times published a paranoid projection exercise last week, stating that if Trump wins, he plans to bend, if not break, our democracy.
With early voting well underway, it may be too late to stop any election fraud. However, frauds are already being discovered, and it is expected that the people who committed these frauds will rat out those who instructed them to do so.
The Aftermath of the Election
It is expected that there will be long delays before definitive election results are posted. The country is in a bad state, really frightened of what the desperate Democrats might do. Reasonable observers are whispering about martial law and blood in the streets following the election.
Yet, Mr. Trump's MAGA legions appear supernaturally confident and ready to put their shoulders to the wheel to fix whatever they can. The death of the Democratic Party is one event they will not shed any tears over.
