Former FBI Specialist Encourages Americans to Prepare for Difficult Times
A former FBI staff operations specialist, Marcus Allen, has urged Americans to prepare for hardship during a hearing with lawmakers on Capitol Hill. Allen, who claims he was persecuted for questioning the events of January 6, advised Americans to stock up on food.
Persecution for Questioning January 6
Allen spoke to the Judiciary Subcommittee on Weaponization of the Federal Government, stating that he was targeted by his superiors for questioning the large presence of federal informants in the crowd during the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021.
"My security clearance was suspended, my pay was suspended, and I was not allowed to seek outside employment or accept charity," Allen stated during his testimony. He claims that he was heavily scrutinized by federal authorities after sending an email on September 21, 2021, which his supervisors alleged contained links to extremist propaganda from dubious sources.
Investigation into the FBI's Practices
Michael Horowitz, the Department of Justice Inspector General who testified alongside Allen, is currently investigating the FBI's security clearance and adjudication process. This includes the alleged targeting of political conservatives perceived as loyal to Trump or resistant to COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
Allen expressed his distress over the impact of the FBI's allegations on his family, stating, "The stress has taken a toll on our health and our children have been traumatized by the thought of our door being kicked in or their father not coming home."
A Warning to the American People
Allen issued a warning to the American public, stating, "I personally have no confidence the FBI will reign in its own conduct."
His final comments were particularly alarming. Despite any doubts about election integrity, Allen urged Americans to exercise their right to vote. He also advised them to arm themselves, make friends in their neighborhood, and promise to aid each other in times of hardship.
He further suggested stocking up on food supplies for three to four months, drawing parallels with practices during the Great Depression. In addition to these precautions, Allen encouraged Americans to pray and read the Bible regularly.
