Companies Offering Free Training and Employee Benefits

Companies like Deloitte and Amazon provide a range of free training courses, including ones in AI. Moderna, on the other hand, offers an employee benefits package designed to prevent employee burnout, featuring subsidized commuter expenses, pop-up daycare centers, and wellness coaches.

Mastercard is another company that made the list, offering flexible work arrangements, with 11.5% of roles being remote and 89% offering hybrid options.

Interestingly, only Amazon and Alphabet from the 'Magnificent Seven' companies (Apple, Microsoft, Google parent Alphabet, Amazon, Nvidia, Meta Platforms, and Tesla) made the list.
