US Special Forces Officer Involved in Fatal Incident with Unidentified Chechen

Unidentified Chechens Found Outside US Army Special Forces Colonel's Home

Two Chechens, without any form of identification and not found in any US national databases, were discovered outside the home of a US Army special forces colonel near Fort Liberty, previously known as Fort Bragg, in North Carolina. These individuals, who are suspected to have entered the country illegally through the southern border, were reportedly 'taking photos', leading to suspicions of surveillance.

Altercation Leads to Fatality

According to Fox News, the colonel confronted the men, one of whom was using a telephoto lens to take photos of his children. This confrontation escalated into an altercation, during which the special forces officer shot and killed one of the Chechens.

FBI and Local Sheriff's Office Investigate Incident

The FBI stated to Fox News that they were contacted by the Moore County Sheriff's Office regarding a shooting death in Carthage. A special agent was dispatched to meet with investigators and provided a linguist to assist with language barriers during interviews. Sheriff Ronnie Fields reported, "The caller indicated that an individual was observed taking photographs on the property and had become aggressive towards a resident outside their home…. The deceased was found approximately 250 yards from the roadway, along a powerline on the residential property."

Increased Suspicious Activity Around Special Operations Soldiers

Over time, there has been a noted increase in strange interactions and suspicious surveillance of special operations soldiers and their families, as reported by Fox News. Some speculate that this could be part of foreign spy programs.

Details About the Deceased

The deceased, identified as 35-year-old Ramzan Daraev, was a subcontractor for Utilities One. However, at the time of the incident, Daraev was not in possession of any utility equipment, utility clothing, or identification, according to Fox News. Intel sources have suggested to Fox that employment in power companies is often a cover.

The Mystery of Utilities One

Further investigation into Utilities One revealed it to be a foreign corporation. The risk intelligence platform Sayari was used to comb through public records, which revealed that the company's officer is Serghei Busmachiu. Fox News reported that Busmachiu founded the company in 2016, shortly after immigrating from Moldova.
